• Google Calendar data: When you connect your Google account, we access your Google Calendar events solely to display them within the app. We do not store your calendar events on our servers beyond the duration of your session.
• Booking and scheduling data: job assignments, schedules, and related information entered by staff and management.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To display your schedule and calendar events within the app.
• To manage job assignments and bookings.
• To send push notifications related to your schedule.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Google Calendar Integration

Our app uses the Google Calendar API to read and write calendar events on your behalf. Access is granted through Google OAuth 2.0. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions page.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Retention

Google OAuth tokens are stored securely in our database and are used only to fetch calendar data on your behalf. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from within the app, which immediately deletes your stored tokens.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including Firebase Authentication, encrypted token storage, and HTTPS for all data transmission.
